If you like fine music and have a need for a piano/violin duo, then you should definitely take a look at this duo. We flew them in to play for us yesterday and they were magnificent! As an academic institution we had them play almost exclusively classical music, but they can play anything -- their song list is enormous. They are very serious about their music and it shows. When they came into town, it was all about preparing to be at their very best for their audience. People adored them -- some even shed a few tears during their concert. We were thrilled with our choice to hire "POLISHED", to perform at our event at the zoo. The girls were incredibly professional and talented and our guests had many wonderful compliments on the entertainment. "POLISHED" set the tone for my wedding. They are what would be called a "class act". Not only are they lovely people, but they are professional, organized and talented. The Ladies, Joanna and Anna, were absolutely outstanding!! When we began our search for musicians, we were a little skeptical as to whether or not we would find the perfect one. We had it in our minds to go with a harpist for our event, but when we came upon "POLISHED"-a classy act, we were BLOWN AWAY, by the talent that was sampled on the website. Our wedding was planned within a 6 week time period, and the ladies were so pleasant, professional,and accommodatiing to work with. Also on the guest list was the Family Readiness Group leader and new Company Commander for my husbands Army Reserve Unit..they too said that they would keep the ladies in mind when they plan the military balls in the future. Needless to say, these ladies are artists of superior talent and character. It was an absolute dream to work withthem and to experience their music. Without them, our wedding would not have been as perfect as we had dreamed. What a difference talented musicians can make during cocktails and dinner at a wedding reception or special event! I met Anna & Joanna at a function about ten months ago where they were hired to provide the music and I was hired to photograph the event. I have been photographing weddings and special events for the last twenty five years and have heard my share of wonderful and not so wonderful musicians. Just recently, my wife and I were in that chaotic and stressful and "supposed to be happy" time of our lives helping our daughter plan her wedding day. Music is such an important part of any special event, especially a wedding. It sets the tone of the entire experience. After hearing Anna and Joanna that evening at the party we were both working, I knew they would be perfect for our daughter Elizabeth''s wedding. And they were! Very Talented. Very Professional.
